This Privacy Policy explains how SocialBoostMedia LLC (“SocialBoostMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://socialboostmedia.us (the “Site”), contact us, or use our paid-advertising services. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you book a strategy call, fill out a form, email us, or become a client, you may share your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, marketing goals, advertising budget, and any other information you choose to send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (or the third-party services we use) may automatically collect: your IP address, approximate location, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and clicks. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third-party platforms. If you book a call through our scheduling provider (Calendly), watch our hosted video (Vimeo), or interact with us through Meta or Google services, those platforms may share information with us in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and book strategy calls
  • Provide, operate, and improve our advertising services
  • Send service-related communications and reports
  • Send marketing communications about our services (you can opt out at any time)

  • Measure and optimize our advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Site and our business (for example: hosting on Vercel, scheduling on Calendly, video hosting on Vimeo, email and CRM tools, analytics). These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.
  • Advertising platforms. Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other ad platforms we use to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising. This may include hashed identifiers for matching and retargeting purposes.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or users.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and deliver more relevant advertising. Specifically, we may use:

  • Meta Pixel. A tracking pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. that helps us measure ad effectiveness, build audiences, and retarget visitors on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Used to understand Site traffic and measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking and remarketing.
  • First-party cookies for essential Site functions and preferences.

Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us at marketing@socialboostmedia.us.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we have collected, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). To exercise these rights, email marketing@socialboostmedia.us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Other US states. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under your state's privacy law. Contact us using the information below to make a request.

Do Not Track. Our Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy
